Site Reorganization

So I've found that some people really are using this site and checking for updates!  OMG :)  I wasn't even monitoring the logs...

And, I'm doing a little talk at the "15 Minutes of Fame" edition of our local Philly.NET user group next week.  So...

I'm going to add a tool to the list.  But that means I have to bump one down.  So I needed to re-organize a bit since I didn't want to just delete the demoted tool's article.

Unfortunately, this means a little "link-rot" for the site.  I'll lose some Google Juice - but obviously I'm not in it for that anyway...  So I'm creating a bucket for the deprecated tools, and one for the current tools.
